Shipping
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

Refund & Replacement

Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the receipt confirming shipment.

Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless the item has a defect/damage. And exchange can be made one time only.

All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present the original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly. We reserve the right to not accept returns and send back the items to you if we received an unsuitable condition.

Shipping cost is borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches our office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our warehouse

Please be informed that we only accept cash or transfer by online banking for the postage fee. We do not accept ''Cash On Delivery'' from J & T for the postage fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. The shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.
